It has only been a couple of weeks so not in a position to endorse any major changes. Consistency of consumption sounds like it is the go rather than time of day, so I have built into my morning ritual - although do have a secret stash (see photo) in my office just in case! The key for me at this early stage is that the product looks good and tastes great, and if the science is anything to go by it has got to be good for you!
I’ve been really happy with my trial of Ārepa products! After trialing a week of drinking the bottled drinks I was convinced my brain fog was lifting somewhat. Decided to order the Brain and Energy powder to try as I live with chronic fatigue and need support with both those things. I’d say between the bottled drinks and the powder, I’ve been trialling them for about 3 weeks and have noticed a significant shift in my cognitive ability and energy. I’ve been more able to focus on work tasks and have had more energy throughout the day overall. This is a massive shift considering I’ve been living with heavy brain fog most days. One thing I will say though is that the powder is a bit of an acquired taste! I’ve been mixing it with sparkling water to try and recreate the bottled drinks. I may switch to the capsules but will see if I get used to this way of consuming the product. I cannot 100% say that these shifts have happened due to this alone as I have also been taking other supplements. But I have noticed a significant shift in the last few weeks so will definitely continue on with this brand.

Amazing product, I usually take it mid morning and I’ve absolutely noticed a difference in my focus, I don’t hit a wall mid afternoon any more. Love the taste, I just mix it with water only and it has become a part of my daily routine.
It has a tasty and light flavor. I personally enjoy mixing it with milk, sonetimes adding ice cubes, for more a smoothy texture. I find that it keeps me at a steady level throughout the day and less easily agitated. Definitely recommend.
Great product- I’ve been using it for three weeks and my gym instructor commented how much my fitness has improved (she doesn’t know I’ve changed anything). I really feel like I can push harder at the gym and it tastes great!

I have been using the original Arepa on and off for a few years now after a delayed concussion and loving it. Definitely notice the difference when i haven't used it. Now trying the new gut and energy but too soon yet to notice a difference. Thank you Arepa!

This stuff is like a magic potion designed to reactivate your brain! I love it, yes, its slightly bitter but is very much palatable. I take it around 7-7:15 am daily and its often not until 4- 5 pm that I start to feel a bit fatigued. Its just good stuff!
I have been taking for 1 month now and wouldn't be without it. I have it before pilates and feel like I can do more. I also take it when I know I have a big meeting or a big day of work, its helps me concentrate and keeps me going.

I've suffered from insomnia (and subsequently burnout) for a few years now, but since taking this, I have noticed that I am finding it easier to get to sleep. This has also meant less brain fog, more energy and the ability to start exercising again. I do not doubt that the Neuroberry and Creatine Monohydrate are helping with these things too. Overall, I am loving this product and finding immense benefit from it. It also tastes delicious.
