Ārepa Neuroberry Smoothie Bowl

Waking up with this Neuroberry smoothie bowl will get you sharp and ready for what the day has in store. Thanks to it's super high levels of Vitamin C, unlock energy and support focus – without the need for a coffee!

This will provide over 180mg of Vitamin C (400%) and over 1000mg of anthocyanins and polyphenols.

What you’ll need:

3 medium-sized bananas (frozen)

1 cup fresh berries (we used strawberry, blueberry and cherry for this one) 

4 tsp Ārepa Nootropic Powder†

3/4 cup of coconut milk or milk of your choice

A sprinkle of coconut chunks and flakes

1 tsp of chia seeds

1/4 cup of freeze-dried Neuroberry†


How to make:

Smoothie: Place bananas, 4 tsp Arepa Nootropic Powder†, 3/4 cup of coconut milk and blitz. Top with freeze-dried Neuroberry, fresh berries, chia seeds and coconut.
