Looking for a fresh and healthy start of the year? Waking up with this Neuroberry smoothie bowl will get you sharp and ready for what the day has in store, without the need for a coffee.
What you’ll need:
4 medium sized banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 tsp Manuka honey
3/4 cup cup of coconut milk or milk of your choice
1/2 cup of granola
Sprinkle of coconut flakes
1/4 cup of Neuroberry
How to make:
Smoothie: Place banana, 3/4 cup berries, 1/2 tsp Arepa Nootropic Powder, 1 tsp
Manuka honey, 3/4 cup of coconut milk and blitz. Set aside half of the mix then add
the remaining 1 1/2 tsp of Arepa Nootropic powder and blend again.
To assemble: Combine the light layer and darker layer of smoothie together in a
bowl and swirl together. Top with remaining berries, granola and coconut.
