Waking up with this Neuroberry smoothie bowl will get you sharp and ready for what the day has in store, without the need for a coffee.
This will provide over 180mg of Vitamin C (400%) and over 1000mg of anthocyanins and polyphenols.
What you’ll need:
3 medium-sized bananas (frozen)
1 cup fresh berries (we used strawberry, blueberry and cherry for this one)
4 tsp Ārepa Nootropic Powder
3/4 cup of coconut milk or milk of your choice
A sprinkle of coconut chunks and flakes1 tsp of chia seeds
1/4 cup of freeze-dried Neuroberry
How to make:Smoothie: Place bananas, 4 tsp Arepa Nootropic Powder, 3/4 cup of coconut milk and blitz. Top with freeze-dried Neuroberry, fresh berries, chia seeds and coconut.
