I just gave this product 4 stars because taking 2 capsules was too much for me. It made my brain feel overly chatty and active, and I had trouble falling asleep. However, when I took just 1 capsule, it worked really well. It helped my brain function better, improved my focus, and gave me the benefits I was looking for without affecting my sleep.
As a teacher and mother of 3 young kids, this is the perfect combination to get me through the day!
I'm studying at the moment and I can tell that taking ārepa helps me a lot providing me more energy and it supports me a lot with university.
Need something to get me over the 3pm slump when coffee wasn't doing it. Now I'm alive right through to bed time

This must be my third order by now and I always go for the two servings because the price works out better! While on the waitlisted for my sleep apnea machine, these little gems had been a life saver, helping me get through the mornings when I would usually nod off at work! I stopped using them for a while once I got my machine but I’ve gone back to using them to help get me through my full busy days. I do a lot of mental processing and engagement at work, and without feeling like I’ve taken anything to give me a buzz like an energy drink would, I just have the energy I need to keep going. Arepa Brain Capsules are a staple in my everyday living. I wouldnt do without it and definitely my super hero. Recently I travelled to Halifax Canada for a very emotional & busy 3 weeks. I stowed a bottle of the Brain capsules in my luggage and they were a life saver. I even turned my sister into a new fan 😉. That bottle saved our butts and kept us going right to the end. Ahhhhh THE holy grail of wellbeing! These are THE life support for any menopausal women. Holy bejesus, this stuff is pure nitrogen. I feel normal, alert and back to my younger self again. Wow! I have had a LOT of concussions after an assault on me 10 years ago and since the 8th & 9th ones which I did to myself at the beginning of the August 2020 or 2021 (sorry I cant remember now) covid lockdown and I was unable to get medical care for 2 mths I have been using Arepa capsules ... they are fantastic. They give me much more mental endurance, mental focus and over all energy to get through my day without having to stop and sleep once or twice through the day!
