Full Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter of this competition is Alphagen NZ LTD (Promoter), located at Unit 1.3, 615 New North Road, Morningside, 1021, NZ andUnyoked Pty Ltd (Promotor), located at 10 Hart Street, Surrey Hills, NSW, 2010
3. The competition is open to residents in New Zealand and Australia, aged 18 years or over. The winner may be required to provide proof of identification and age before receiving the prize.
4. Employees of the Promoter, (together with all of their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition entry period will run from 7am NZT 18th Sept 2023 to 11pm NZT 1st October 2023. Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the prize draw.
6. To enter the competition, participants must submit their valid email address, full name and country of residence on the designated landing page provided by the Promoter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered valid.
7. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition.
8. There are five prizes for this competition and the prizes area voucher for a 2-night stay with Unyoked valued at up to AUD$650 OR NZD$598 and a 6 month subscription to brain drinks.The prize does not include any expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals,  personal expenses or  any  incidental or  ancillary costs incurred by the winner.
9. The Unyoked voucher is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue.
10. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place at 12pm on 2nd October 2023. The winners will be contacted by email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The winner(s) may be required to provide proof of identification and age before receiving the prize. 
12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
13. The Promoter's decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, Pandemic, epidemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
15. By entering this competition, if applicable, the winner agrees to allow the promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by local laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
17. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party.
