These granola bars are so easy to make, require no baking and take under 10 minutes of actual work. They taste so rich and indulgent with a lovely little berry taste, and yes, they are packed with nourishing ingredients, making them the perfect snack to prep for the week ahead - and great for the kids lunch box!

No Food Processor? Use half ‘quick oats’ and roughly chop the nuts and seeds using a knife!
Serves 1 Ingredients: 1.5 cups oats ¼ cups cashew ¼ cups pumpkin seeds ¼ cup hemp seeds ¼ cup sunflower seeds 2 tbsp@drinkarepa The Brain Powder† 2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil ¼ cup cashew butter ¼ cup maple syrup 2 tbsp raisin 2 tbsp chopped cranberry
Instructions: To a food processor, add oats, cashew, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and The Brain Powder†.
Pulse 8 times until roughly processed.
In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cashew butter. Stir in the oats and nuts mix, raisins and cranberry.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Transfer the mix and press firmly using a jar.
Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours, then slice into your desired size, and enjoy!
