These granola bars are so easy to make, require no baking and take under 10 minutes of actual work. They taste so rich and indulgent with a lovely little berry taste, and yes, they are packed with nourishing ingredients, making them the perfect snack to prep for the week ahead - and great for the kids lunch box!
To optimise our granola bars for brain health†, we used The Brain Powder for Daily Function†. Its unique combination of Neuroberry Blackcurrant, pine bark, and L-theanine has been designed to keep you calm and thinking clear from procrastination, brain fog, stress and mental blocks. It’s also packed with vitamin C and tastes absolutely delicious!
No Food Processor? Use half ‘quick oats’ and roughly chop the nuts and seeds using a knife!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1.5 cups oats
¼ cups cashew
¼ cups pumpkin seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp@drinkarepa The Brain Powder†
2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
¼ cup cashew butter
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp raisin
2 tbsp chopped cranberry
Instructions:
To a food processor, add oats, cashew, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and The Brain Powder†.
Pulse 8 times until roughly processed.
In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cashew butter. Stir in the oats and nuts mix, raisins and cranberry.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Transfer the mix and press firmly using a jar.
Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours, then slice into your desired size, and enjoy!
