Brain-Boosting Porridge Bowl

Method
:

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, coconut threads, honey, Nootropic Smoothie Powder, water and coconut milk in a small saucepan on a gentle heat. Keep stirring for 5-10 minutes until the oats have cooked (you may need more or less milk depending on the oats you use).

  2. Once cooked, transfer into a bowl and top with mixed berries, coconut chips, freeze-dried apple and Neuroberries and finally a generous spoonful of Fix & Fogg Everything Butter.
