A 3 o'clock snack was never this guilt-free. With a dash of our Nootropic Powder, this bounty bar will keep you sharp until the end of the day. Try not to eat them all at once!
What you’ll need:
4 cups of desiccated coconut
3/4 cup of coconut cream
3 Tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2 cups dark chocolate
How to make:
Place 3 cups of desiccated coconut, 3/4 cup of coconut cream, 3 Tbsp of melted coconut oil, 2 tsp vanilla and 3 Tbsp maple syrup (add more or less depending on how sweet you like it) into a blender and blitz until everything is smooth. This can take anywhere between 3 minutes and 10 depending on your blender. Once smooth add the last cup of desiccated coconut and blitz for about a minute to add texture back in.
Take 2/3 of the mixture and press firmly into a small lined loaf tin and pop into the fridge for 15 minutes.
Take the last 1/3 of the mixture and add 1 Tbsp Arepa Nootropic Powder. Mix thoroughly. Remove the base from the fridge and firmly press the Nootropic layer on top. Place back in the freezer for half an hour.
Remove the bounty slice from the freezer and cut roughly into 9 bars. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and then dunk the bars into the chocolate. Leave to set and then enjoy.
