Ārepa Nootropic Latte

This tasty beverage is warm and calming. Perfect for working from home and even better if you're sick of coffee. 

What you’ll need:

  • 1 teaspoon of Ārepa Nootropic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Mānuka honey
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of your choice) 

How to make:

  1. Mix Ārepa powder, Manuka honey and your milk of choice together while gently heating over the stove.
  2. You can create a luscious foam to top your latte one of two ways: use a milk frother or toss your entire latte in the blender and aerate it for a few pulses.
  3. Enjoy

I tried adding slightly (microwaved) milk and stirring then zapping a bit more in microwave but that didn’t seem to work – just a gooey sludge in bottom of cup.
Maybe will try using cold milk n stove top next time (as per instructions ha ha!)
