Nootropic Jam

There's nothing better than a slug of delicious guilt-free jam on toast. Check this better for you berrylicious jam and chia seed recipe. 

 

What you’ll need:

- 2 cups of frozen mixed berries

- 3 tbsp of maple syrup

- 1/4 cup of water

- 2 tsp Ārepa Nootropic powder

- 4 tbsp Chia seeds

- Ārepa Neuroberry to garnish

 

How to make:

In a pot place 2 cups of frozen berries with 1/4 cup of water and heat on low until they soften. Mash the berries until they become pureed.

Add maple syrup and Nootropic powder and stir until combined. Take off the heat, add 4 tbsp of Chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a sterilized jam jar then place in the fridge to cool. Once cool it can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks.
