Ārepa Freeze-Dried Neuroberry Chocolate Bark Recipe

We all love chocolate, but sometimes they're not all created equal. This simple guilt-free recipe combines delicious Whittakers dairy-free dark chocolate, with our freeze-dried tart Neuroberries packed with antioxidants and vitamin c for a mouthwatering moreish taste experience.

What you’ll need:

250g Whittakers Dark Ghana Chocolate

1/2 cup of Ārepa freeze-dried Neuroberry Blackcurrants

1/2 cup of freeze-dried raspberries (if you don’t have berries you can always add nuts or coconut)

1x Ārepa Nootropic Capsule (this helps to manage your blood sugar spike but no stress if you don't have it, dark chocolate has a lower glycemic index value vs milk chocolate) 

How to make:

Melt the dark chocolate slowly over a low heat and add one Ārepa Nootropic Capsule. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and spread the melted chocolate across to make a thin layer. Sprinkle the freeze-dried berries on the chocolate and place in the fridge to set. Once set break into pieces and enjoy!
