INGREDIENTS (SERVES 8)
1 ½ Cups Coconut Yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt
¼ Cup Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup
2 tsp Rose Water
1 Cup @drinkarepa Performance Brain Drink
METHOD
In a small bowl, combine yoghurt, coconut milk, rose water and sweetener of choice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Divide ½ of the coconut mixture between 8 popsicle moulds.
Gently pour ½ of @drinkarepa into the popsicles.
Repeat with the last layer of coconut mixture.
Repeat with the last layer of @drinkareapa.
Using a skewer, gently mix the coconut and @drinkarepa to create an ombré effect.
Freeze for 45 minutes.
Place popsicle sticks into the centre of each popsicle.
Place back into the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours or until set.
Once ready to enjoy, dip into your favourite chocolate and sprinkle with edible rose petals (optional).
