INGREDIENTS 200g coconut yogurt 1 tbsp the Brain Powder for Cognitive Function
3 tbsp chia seeds 1 punnet strawberries 1 tsp maple 1 tsp lemon juice
75 g vegan granola
LET’S MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN 1. In a small pot over medium heat, crush the strawberries and add the maple, lemon juice and chia seeds. Turn the heat too low and cook until the chia seeds have absorbed the juice and the jam has thickened. 2. In a shallow dish mixing bowl thoroughly mix the coconut yogurt and the brain powder together until smooth. 3. In a small jar, layer the yogurt in the bottom, followed by the jam, then a layer of granola. Repeat the process until finished. 4. Sprinkle with some more brain powder and some fresh strawberries to garnish. Serve
