Recipe: Brain-boosting Smoothie

Looking for a delicious and nutritious breakfast option? Our Brain-boosting Smoothie is the perfect way to love your brain and enjoy Brainfood on the go!

Created by @panaceas_pantry recipe queen Jade Woodd, this smoothie is packed with brain-nourishing ingredients. 

Our Brain Powder for Daily Function is designed to support neurological function, reduce anxiety and stress, and boost sustained mental performance. With its combination of Neuroberry blackcurrant, pine bark extract, and L-theanine, it's the perfect addition to this already amazing smoothie. 


The Brain Smoothie. You'll need;
3⁄4 cup plain Greek, yoghurt or milk kefir
1⁄2 cup milk of choice
1⁄4 cup frozen black currents (or blackberries)
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp Ārepa - The Brain Powder
1 egg yolk (fresh, organic-skip if you're not sure how fresh your eggs are)
1-2 tsp raw honey
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp collagen powder

1. Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth. Top with anything you like or eat as is. Enjoy!


Note- this is NOT designed to be a sweet smoothie- its tart and a bit sour and just YUM. If you want it to be sweet just add a banana or some extra honey. It also keeps really well in the fridge- make a double batch and store in the fridge for when you need some quick Brainfood.
