Nootropic Chiapod Recipe

Introducing the Neuropod. This puppy is packed with the good stuff and will keep you on your Ā game. 

Not only is this delicious but also contains:

What you'll need:  
- 4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 Tbsp Ārepa Nootropic Powder
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 small to medium banana
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- ¼ cup of Neuroberries

How to make:
Chia pudding layer: Mix 4 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup of coconut milk and ½ tsp of vanilla essence. Pop in the fridge to set for 15 minutes while you make the smoothie layer.

Ārepa Smoothie layer: Add 1/2 Tbsp of Ārepa Nootropic Powder, 1 small to medium banana, 1 cup of frozen berries and ½ cup of coconut milk in a blender and blitz until thoroughly mixed.

To assemble: Add the mashed fruit to the bottom of the jar, then a layer of chia pudding, top with Ārepa Smoothie layer and garnish with freeze dried Neuroberry Blackcurrants and enjoy!
