Food for thought - Ārepa Neuro Bliss Balls

Ārepa Neuro Bliss Balls

We have been working hard in the kitchen with our good friend Megan Joy. She has whipped up these delicious brain treats for you. Perfect "pick me up" snack for when you are a little peckish and the brain is a little foggy, enjoy! 

What you’ll need:

  • 24 dates (soaked in water)
  • 1/2 cup of ground almonds
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp Arepa Nootropic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

How to make:

In a blender place dates (drained), ground almonds, cocoa powder, Ārepa Nootropic powder, 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted) and 1 Tbsp of maple syrup and blitz until combined. Remove from the blender and roll small amounts of mixture into balls. Dust with extra cacao powder or desiccated coconut and enjoy.
