On Saturday 24th June, we hosted a Mindful Morning event at the beautiful Academy Agency in Grey Lynn, Auckland.
The event brought together like-minded individuals to raise awareness of Ārepa and our brain-boosting benefits.
Hosted by Cooper Chapman - mental health advocate and pro surfer, he introduced our Co-Founder, Zac Robinson, who spoke to what Ārepa was all about, how it first started and the mission we are on to make everyone's brain work better.
Cooper then led our guests through a gratitude and mindfulness session and passed over to Nigel Beach - Breathwork specialist who followed with a guided breathwork session using Wim Hof's method. The experience was finished off with a Yin Flow by Lululemon's Kayla Gordine, who also led the room in a beautiful Waiata. Guests were also treated to a purple-diet inspired Brain Breakfast.
The purpose of the event was to communicate our core value. Here at Ārepa, everything we do is for brains – from our scientifically proven brain nutrition to our mission to teach people more about their brain and how to treat it right, we work to make brains work better.
