We love to meal prep a few of these at a time to set ourselves up for success, as we love knowing that we have nourishing meals to support our health goals ready to go.
To optimise our breakfast for brain health, we used The Brain Powder for Daily Function. Its unique combination of Neuroberry Blackcurrant, pine bark, and L-theanine has been designed to keep you calm and thinking clear from procrastination, brain fog, stress and mental blocks. It’s also packed with vitamin C and tastes absolutely delicious!
Ingredients: ½ cup oats ½ cup purple carrot 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp@drinkarepa The Brain Powder ½ tsp cinnamon 0.5 tbsp maple syrup ⅔ cup soy milk 1 tbsp raisin 2 tbsp dairy-free yogurt
Instructions: To a jar, add the carrots, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, brain powder and raisin and give a quick stir.
Add the maple syrup, soy milk and yogurt. Stir well until thoroughly combined. Keep in the fridge overnight.
Top with yogurt and a few more carrots, and enjoy!
