Looking for the perfect feel-good snack or healthy option for the kids lunchbox? We've got you covered with our Brainfood Bliss Balls, bought to you by fellow Brainfood lover and recipe queen, Sarah Cabacho from @plantbaes
They are so delicious and easy to make and packed with nourishing and balanced ingredients. Such as oats, white beans, raspberries and @drinkarepa The Brain Powder for Daily Function.
Not only is it delicious, but it’s designed to help support neurological function, anxiety and stress while boosting sustained mental performance with its unique combination of Neuroberry blackcurrant, pine bark, and L-theanine.
We are absolutely obsessed with them and have been snacking on them all week!
Tip: If you want all the balls to be the same size, line your kitchen scale with baking paper and measure each ball before rolling to ensure they are 30g each.
- 2 tsp @thedrinkarepa The Brain Powder + extra for dusting
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1.5 cup raspberry
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 6 dates
- 2 cups oats
- 1.5 cups white beans
- 1.5 tbsp Ārepa The Brain Powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until a dough is formed.
Divide into 25, and using your hands, roll into a ball shape.
Allow resting in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Sprinkle or dust more Brain Powder to decorate. Enjoy!
