With New Zealand heading in lockdown, Ārepa is classified as an 'Essential Service, delivering wellbeing to New Zealand'. Our supply chain (now operated remotely) provides goods of multiple products to supermarkets and homes across the country. We have implemented new manufacturing and logistical protocols to ensure minimal exposure risk and maximum hygiene rules are in place. We're working with the legends at Post Haste to get orders to supermarkets and to your home on time.

New COVID19 policies in place:

1. All existing stock has been produced in Tauranga and Christchurch before a breakout has occurred. We expect this stock to last us 6x weeks (as of March 23rd 2020).
2. All new productions will have minimal staff undergoing rigorous health check assessments and continue to operate under certified Food Safety Plans. 
3. No contact with courier driver when orders are collected - drivers loads and scans orders alone.

For residential deliveries that are ‘signature required’ 

1. Our couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as possible).  
2. They will ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the ground in front of the receiver.  The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly.   
3. The tracking information on our website will display a clearly typed recipient’s name, as well as the signature image, reading CV-19 (all entered by the courier).
4. If no one comes to the door and there is no Authority to Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call and return the parcel to our depot.
